The APT Programmer adds flexibility to fixture design by enabling anyone to change the functionality of APT controllers
The APT Programmer connects with our APT intelligent LED controllers through a USB connection and allows for customization of controllers in the fixture manufacturer facility or in the field. The APT Programmer automatically detects the version of the connected APT controller and provides a set of basic and advanced settings that can be changed for that specific controller. A user can also retrieve the settings on any APT controller and then use those settings to program more controllers.
The programmable settings can include changing the maximum output current of each channel, configuring what 0-10V ports are used for, or adjusting the configuration of the control protocols used (ex. DMX addresses, 0-10V trim). There are also advanced feature settings available that allow for changing the CCT ranges in a tunable white design, adjusting the CCT mapping to allow for different responses to the user input, or adjusting the intensity mapping to create your own dim curves.
