No, channels do not need to have their forward voltages matched as each channel is controlled independently. There are limits to the voltage difference between the input voltage from the constant voltage driver and the forward voltage of the LED channel that are approved. Please see the applicable Data Sheet.
Yes, Arkalumen can configure the controllers before shipping. If you provide your desired configuration settings, Arkalumen will provide a unique internal code that is part of the part number that can be ordered.
