OTTAWA, CANADA – August 24, 2021. Arkalumen is excited to announce they will be launching a product family of APT controllers specifically designed for constant voltage LED modules. With this new Constant Voltage Output (CVO) product family, fixture manufacturers will be able to add advanced control features to constant voltage LED rolls ideal for tunable white or RGBW applications. With the simple and flexible APT architecture combined with the common advantages of constant voltage LED modules including the ability to adjust the length of the LED modules by simply cutting, designers can truly have both physical layout and control flexibility.
The APT CVO controllers will be offered in 2 channels for tunable white and dim-to-warm applications, and 4 channels for RGBW architectural lighting applications. These controllers will be offered in multiple user interfaces such as RDM/DMX, 0-10V, Casambi BLE and Silvair BLE with a DALI-2 DT8 offering in the works for later release. Users will have all of the advantages of the APT architecture including the ability to use the APT Programmer to set CCT ranges, CCT curves and intensity curves.

Arkalumen’s lineup of CVO controllers will start to be launched for sample end of summer 2021 and will be featured at LightFair International in New York City this October.
