OTTAWA, CANADA – September 7, 2021. Arkalumen is excited to announce the launch of their second generation of APT Intelligent LED controllers, taking APT controllers to the next level with added features and functionality that truly provides a full platform for any light fixture manufacturer to design in. The launch expands user interfaces to 0-10V trimmable, DMX/RDM, DALI- 2 DT8, BLE Mesh Silvair and BLE Casambi, giving customers more flexibility when choosing input protocol for projects.
This launch adds a new compact square form factor specifically designed for downlight and spotlight applications and also upgrades the existing linear products to include improved current accuracy and a new set of higher power offerings.
The improved APT programmer 2.2 makes APT controllers more intuitive and adds improved customization to the user when configuring controllers. The programmer has two distinct user interfaces, an engineering version with advanced control options and a production version that allows for large scale assembly.

Arkalumen’s second generation of APT controllers will be launched for sample end of summer 2021 and will feature in-person demonstrations at LightFair International in New York City this October.
