OTTAWA, CANADA – August 31, 2021. Arkalumen is proud to announce the launch of a full line of APT Controllers in a new compact square form factor. Expanding their portfolio of APT controllers, the new SQ family are engineered with the same design principles as their existing linear controllers’ offerings, to be simple, flexible, and cost-effective.
APT SQ controllers are available in both 2 and 4 output channel models and have versions powered by constant current or constant voltage drivers. This ultra-small design has the 2 channel controller measuring at 77x70x19mm and the 4 channel controller version is 77x99x19mm, ideal solutions for fixtures with limited space such as in downlight and spotlight applications.
Like the traditional linear LN form factor, the APT SQ controllers are offered in a wide variety of user interface protocols including 0-10V, DMX/RDM, Silvair – BLE Mesh, and Casambi – BLE Mesh. The new SQ controllers have the same Class 2 limits as the linear LN controller family and can be used in a wide variety of applications such as tunable white and full spectrum RGBW control.

Arkalumen’s full line of APT square form factor SQ controllers will be launched for sample end of summer 2021 and will be featured at LightFair International in New York City this October.
