NEW YORK, NY (USA) – March 14, 2017. Ottawa-based lighting innovator Arkalumen announced today that they will be launching their new line of APT-CC controllers at LEDucation 2017, March 28-29 at the New York Hilton Midtown.
“After an extended beta test period, we are ecstatic to launch our UL-recognized APT-CC, which we believe finally makes color tuning practical. Built to be simple, precise and cost-effective, we believe the new APT-CC will enable color tuning to become more widely adopted,” said Arkalumen’s President, Sean Murray.
The patent pending technology in these controllers will allow any light fixture manufacturer to convert a single output driver into a multi-channel intelligently-controlled system perfect for dual white color tuning applications. The fixture manufacturer will be able to use the same encasement and driver as is currently used for single white applications. The APT-CC controller offers incredibly smooth color transitions,and is compatible with a DMX or 0-10V user interface.
